1. The service

UAEHQ is a decision-intelligence platform for the UAE tourism and hospitality economy, operated by Farrell International FZ-LLC (“UAEHQ”, “we”). It combines verified market data, company intelligence, AI analysis and tools for working with your own commercial data.

Market figures on UAEHQ carry their source, evidence classification and retrieval date. Where evidence is insufficient, UAEHQ says so rather than estimating — the platform informs decisions, it does not make them for you, and it is not financial, investment or legal advice.

2. Accounts and teams

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts belong to individuals; subscriptions belong to organisations. On eligible plans an organisation may invite additional users, who each hold their own login and profile and act under these same terms.

You are responsible for activity under your account, and organisation owners are responsible for the members they invite.

3. Your data, and anonymised industry benchmarks

Performance data you add to UAEHQ — uploads, commercial baselines and similar figures such as revenue, passenger volumes, occupancy or rates — remains private to your account and organisation. It is never published, and never shown to any other account in identifiable form.

By using UAEHQ you agree that when you add performance data, UAEHQ may also record an anonymised copy of the figures to build industry consensus benchmarks (for example, average revenue movement or passenger volumes by organisation type). These contributions are stored with no link to you, your account or your organisation — the benchmark store has no identity columns at all — and benchmarks are only ever displayed as aggregates above minimum sample sizes, so no individual business is derivable from them.

You can switch anonymised contribution off at any time in your privacy settings; doing so stops future contributions (already-anonymised data cannot be traced back to remove, by design).

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per organisation in AED, exclusive of VAT, monthly or annually, through our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown before checkout; annual plans include the discount displayed at purchase. You can cancel ahead of your next renewal; charges already made are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other accounts' data, no scraping or bulk redistribution of UAEHQ data or analysis, and no use of the service to build a competing dataset. In-system messaging is for professional communication within your organisation; abusive use may lead to suspension.

6. Intellectual property

UAEHQ, its design, software and compiled datasets remain our property or that of our licensors. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — and, for performance data, to create the anonymised benchmark contributions described in section 3.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. External data sources can lag, change or err; we surface provenance so you can judge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAEHQ is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the platform, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are versioned and flagged on this page, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@uaehq.ae.
