Privacy Policy
Private. Aggregated. Anonymous. Your commercial data powers your intelligence — and only ever joins the industry picture without your name on it.
1. What we collect
Account data: your name, work email, profile photo and contact details you choose to add. Organisation data: the company profile, team membership and plan. Usage data: how the platform is used, to keep it working and improve it.
Performance data: the commercial figures you upload or enter — revenue, passenger volumes, occupancy, rates, budgets and similar. This is the most sensitive category and it is treated as private to your organisation.
2. How performance data is used
Your identifiable performance data is used for exactly one thing: your own intelligence — analyses, benchmarks against the market, briefings and reports inside your organisation's workspace. It is never published, never sold, and never shown to another account in identifiable form.
Separately, when you add performance figures, UAEHQ records an anonymised copy to build industry consensus benchmarks. Three promises govern this: PRIVATE — your identifiable data never leaves your workspace. AGGREGATED — benchmarks are only ever computed and displayed as aggregates above minimum sample sizes. ANONYMOUS — the contribution store has no user or organisation columns at all, so a contribution cannot be traced back to a business, by schema design.
You can turn anonymised contribution off at any time in Settings → Privacy. This stops future contributions; existing contributions carry no identity, so there is nothing linkable to delete.
3. Team accounts and messaging
On multi-user plans, teammates in your organisation can see your name, profile photo and role inside the shared workspace. In-system messages are visible only to their sender and recipient, enforced at the database layer. Your privacy settings control whether teammates can discover your contact details.
4. Processors and storage
UAEHQ runs on vetted processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch UAEHQ), Resend (email delivery) and Anthropic (AI analysis of the content you submit for analysis). Each processes data only to provide its function.
5. Retention and your rights
Account and organisation data is kept while your account exists and deleted when the account is deleted. You can access and correct your profile at any time in Settings, and request export or deletion of your data at hello@uaehq.ae. Anonymised benchmark contributions are retained as statistical records — they contain nothing identifying you.
